I will help you improve your knowledge and understanding of nutrition and develop healthy eating habits. You will receive an onboarding consultation and customised nutrition plan designed around your specific nutrition goals, sex, age, eating preferences and energy demands; to determine your optimal calorie, macro and micro nutrient intake for your lifestyle.
An online personalised training programme designed around your specific athletic goals to follow around your schedule, at your preferred location. You will receive an initial online consultation and the programme will consider the facilities and equipment you have access to.
Check ins with me are available throughout the week, via What's App, to maintain an open dialogue and to receive feedback and analysis.
In-person PT sessions to help you achieve your training goals for those that prefer face-to-face training, require a little more motivation, accountability and immediate feedback.
